Fleet Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
About The Role
We are looking for Fleet Maintenance Technicians to keep our 500+ commercial truck and reefer fleet in top road-ready condition. Role involves servicing engines, brake systems, electrical components, and maintaining reefer compressors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine engine tuning, filter replacements, and system lubrications
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical fleet failures
- Perform preventative checks on reefer temperature control compressors
- Document parts used and service logs inside the fleet maintenance book
Requirements & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Motor Mechanic, Automobile Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years experience repairing commercial vehicles (Tata, Eicher, Ashok Leyland)
- Hands-on expertise with diesel engines, pneumatic brakes, and suspension
- Experience with refrigeration/reefer cooling systems is a major plus
