Truck Drivers (LMV/HMV)
Full Truck Load, Part Load, and Cold Chain routes across NCR and Pan-India corridors. Valid commercial driving license required; cold chain/reefer experience preferred but not mandatory — we train.
Dispatchers & Fleet Coordinators
Coordinate live routes, manage driver assignments, and keep our GPS-tracked fleet running on schedule from our Sector 58, Faridabad hub. Familiarity with local routes and tech platforms is a plus.
Warehouse Associates
Picking, packing, sorting, inventory management, and returns processing at our secure fulfillment and cross-docking facilities.
Fleet Maintenance Staff
Keep our 500+ vehicle fleet road-ready. Mechanics and maintenance technicians with commercial vehicle, engine telemetry, and reefer compressor experience.
Cab & Taxi Driver Partners
Attach your sedan, SUV, or group passenger vehicle with Mukund Travels. Receive consistent airport transfers, executive rentals, and B2B staff transport schedules with weekly payouts.

A valid commercial driving license (LMV/HMV as applicable), Aadhaar card, and address proof. We conduct KYC verification and a police record check as part of our standard onboarding in line with our 100% Vetted Driver Network policy.
Do I need prior cold chain experience to drive reefer trucks?
No — we provide training on cold chain handling and temperature-monitoring protocols for drivers without prior reefer experience.
What is the payment cycle for drivers and contract staff?
We offer weekly settlements for driver partners every Tuesday, and structured monthly payouts for full-time office, control room, and warehouse staff.
Which cities are you currently hiring in?
