Terms Of Service
Last Updated: July 12, 2026 · Version 4.1 (Contract Freight)
1. Scope of Logistics Engagement
By placing booking parameters, requesting outstation tariffs, or registering vehicle dispatches with Mukund Logistics, you explicitly accept these Terms of Service. These terms govern all shipping arrangements, dry-cargo container dispatches, cold chain movements, and B2B contract carriage executed by our operations.
Any deviations, supplementary directives, or customized logistics service agreements must be approved in writing by our regional management office in Faridabad.
2. Tariffs, Fuel Indexing, & Tolls
Our outstation pricing schedules and transport tariffs are formulated dynamically using current commercial parameters:
- Fuel indexing adjustments will be applied if national diesel rates oscillate by more than 5% between the booking date and placement date.
- Standard tariffs exclude regional state taxes, MCD clearances, and toll coordinates unless explicitly itemized as inclusive.
- Outstation tariff structures starting from Faridabad (e.g. to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) include standard transit variables.
3. Liability Limits & Transit Insurance
Mukund Logistics operates standard carrier limits. All sensitive, volatile, or high-value consignments must be declared prior to vehicle booking.
Our climate-controlled cold chain reefers maintain stable temperatures based on user parameters, but we accept no liability for cooling deviations caused by inaccurate packaging configurations or custom clearance delays at state boundaries.
4. B2B Vetting & Government Clearance
Shippers must provide precise GST registration details and cleared NIC e-Way bills before vehicle dispatch. Consignments halted at transit checkpoints due to incomplete paperwork or discrepancy in tax declarations are the sole liability of the consignor.
We coordinate with authorized banking auditors under standard GST Billing configurations (GST Invoice & E-Way Bill Enabled Code: GST Registered).
5. Vehicle Placement & Detention
We guarantee vehicle placement within scheduled time windows. If loading/unloading operations exceed 4 hours from placement window, standard hourly detention penalties will apply based on truck categories.
Cancellation of bookings after vehicle placement at loading bay will incur placement cancellation charges.
6. Legal Jurisdiction & Arbitrations
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or arbitrations arising from cargo transport service clearances shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
7. GST & Corporate Entity Disclosure Clause
Mukund Logistics Private Limited is a registered corporate entity in India operating under full GST compliance and GST Invoice & E-Way Bill Enabled Code GST Registered. As a primary logistics contractor, Mukund Logistics issues all tax-compliant invoices (SAC 996511 / 996512) and assumes primary contractual liability for dispatches arranged through our system.
8. Multi-Vendor Network & Operations Clause
Our dispatches utilize an aggregated network of verified independent vehicle owners, drivers, and transport vendors. Mukund Logistics maintains centralized operational oversight, 5-point driver vetting (Aadhaar KYC, commercial DL, RC audit), and SLA enforcement for every vendor vehicle assigned.
9. Tracking, Telematics & GST Progression Policy Clause
Tracking mechanisms may vary between hardware GPS, smartphone-based SIM/app tracking, and central 24/7 milestone updates depending on assigned vendor fleet. Guaranteed digital proof of delivery (ePOD) is issued upon gate signature. Mukund Logistics is actively executing a network-wide GST Registered standardization and telematics hardware integration program across 100% of aggregated partner fleets.
