The Journey of Alphonso
Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Ambient temperature is 33°C.
A fresh harvest of premium export-grade Alphonso mangoes has just been plucked from the orchard. Delicate, highly perishable, and sensitive to heat, every hour of exposure to tropical temperatures accelerates spoiling. The transit window is extremely tight.
Instant Lockdown
The mangoes are quickly loaded into a Mukund refrigerated truck (Reefer). Within 15 minutes, our active cooling unit lowers the internal cargo hold temperature to exactly 4°C. The rapid cooling halts natural enzyme ripening. The cargo enters thermal stasis, preserved perfectly for the long haul.
The 1,400 KM Run
1:00 AM. NH48 Highway. The truck travels through the Maharashtra-Gujarat border. Standard border checkposts and toll queues can stall cargo for hours, but our digital e-Way clearance system bypasses manual check queues. Our live GPS router ensures the reefer remains continuously at 4°C.

Zero-Break Cross Docking
Arriving at our Sector 58 Logistics Hub. Breaking the cold chain at this stage would ruin the cargo. The shipment is unloaded in a temperature-controlled anteroom directly into local express reefers. Sorting, verifying, and routing take place within a 4°C sealed zone. Total dock-to-dock time: 18 minutes.

Shelf-Ready freshness
Delhi NCR Gourmet outlets. 36 hours from pluck. The crates are opened directly inside local stores. The telemetry logs verify that the temperature stayed exactly at 4°C across all 1,400 kilometers. The fruit skin is firm, the pulp remains perfect, and the value is maximized.
