While physical vehicle ownership may reside with contracted third-party fleet partners, Mukund Logistics maintains exclusive operational control, booking management, driver vetting standards, SLA enforcement, and customer service accountability for every booking executed through our system.
All aggregated vendors must undergo rigorous 5-point vetting prior to load assignment:
- Biometric Aadhaar & Commercial DL KYC verification
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and Fitness Audit
- Pollution Under Control (PUC) & Commercial Insurance verification
- Criminal background check & highway safety record audit
- Pre-dispatch vehicle bed cleanliness and lashing hardware inspection
2. Tracking, Telematics & GST Progression Policy Clause
Depending on the assigned vendor fleet type, tracking mechanisms provided by Mukund Logistics utilize a multi-layered approach consisting of:
- Hardwired vehicle GPS devices for dedicated long-haul container fleets
- SIM-based mobile network triangulation & smartphone app telemetry for regional tempo fleets
- Central 24/7 dispatch desk milestone tracking with automated WhatsApp & SMS alerts
- Digital Proof of Delivery (ePOD) uploaded upon gate signature
